1.1 - How do I create an account?

You can contact us to create an account. Call us at +31 30 233 44 05 or send an email to We will enter your company info and make sure you can place your orders. 

1.2 - How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order online through our webshop. Browse through our website to find the product that you are looking for, add it to your cart and start your checkout. Follow the steps in the checkout process and you will complete your order.

    2.1 - What are the shipping costs?

    2.2 - Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, if the total of regular products is over €400, your order has free shipping. Outlet products are not included in this total. 

    For example: your order contains €300 of regular products and €150 of Outlet products. This makes a grand total of €450,-. However, since the total of regular products is below €400, this order does not get free shipping.

    2.3 - When will I receive my order?

    2.5 - Can I also pick up my order?

    Yes, it is also possible to pick up your order. Our parts and our carts are warehoused on a different location.

    3.1 - What payment methods do you offer?

    We offer online payment through our payment service provider Ingenico. We offer iDeal (for Dutch customers), Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa) and PIN payment (for Dutch customers). Check out this page for more info.
