1. Starting your own dealershop

1.1 - How can I start my own dealershop?

Starting your own dealershop with Carrus is quite easy. Just let us know that you would like to start your own dealershop and we will start to set it up. 


1.2 - What do we need from you to start your own dealershop?

To get the best out of your dealershop we need some information from you. To create a beautiful shop with your own branding, we need your logo. Preferably in .ai of .png format. We also need some information about your company and your contact data. We would like it if you can give us some background information about your company, so we can make an 'About us' page for you.

The contact data we need are:

  • Contact person
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Website


1.3 - What does it cost to start a dealershop?

The costs of a dealershop are €99,- per year. What do you get for that amount?

  • Your own company branded webshop
  • Access to your own admin and analytics
  • 20% commission over the orders that you generate


2. Admin

2.1 - Do I get my own administrator login?

Yes, we will provide you with your own administrator login. In the admin you can find all orders, customer data and data analytics.


2.2 - Do I get my own Google Analytics account?

Yes, we will give you access to all your data within your Google Analytics account. In your Google Analytics account you can see all website statistics.


3. Functionalities

3.1 - What functionalities does a dealershop have?

Your dealershop will have all functionalities Carrus also has. You will get your own admin, access to our website functionalities and our stock will be shown on your dealershop.


4. Products and stock

4.1 - How many products will my dealershop contain?

Your dealershop will contain about 5.000 unique products. 


4.2 - What happens when a product is out of stock?

When products are out of stock, the website will give a notification that the products are out of stock. When the product is back in stock, it will automatically show on the website.


5. Shipping

5.1 - Does my customer see that the products are coming from Carrus?

No, we won't communicate the name of Carrus to your customers. All orders will be shipped under 'Carts and Parts'. 


6. Ordering and payment

6.1 - How does a customer order their products?

Your customer can place their order easily on your dealershop. The order will be processed to our warehouse and we will deliver the products to the customer.


6.2 - Do I receive the payment of the customer?

No, the customer pays when ordering their products. The payments will be processed by our payment service provider. 

You will receive a 20% commission over all orders you generate through your webshop.
