The vehicle's Speed Sensor monitors the rotational direction of the tires to ensure the proper speed rotation of the wheel. This sensor is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) part that plugs into the speed sensor harness and should be installed on RXV Vehicles only. This item replaces previous Part# 612741. *The speed sensor kit will fit on motors that have been replaced with a newer RXV motor 2009-current.
